इक मुलाकात जरूरी है!!!

This poetry depicts the value of Meeting of two lovers; It is not necessary to meet in person with your loved ones. One could meet them through Imagination and Memories also..

In first stanza.. Poetess says, that she wants to unite with her loved one. And if they cant unite, atleast they should talk about it. She is referring her dreams of meeting her loved one as pearls in the ocean of heart; which she dont want to be shattered.

In second stanza.. she wants the spring to come again in her life, but she knows it well that Past can not be re-lived as future. She says, when there is breeze then even some green leaves fall down, so how could one ask a dried flower to blossom again. She is referring herself as that dried flower.

In Third Stanza.. She is telling her loved one not to be upset because of separation. She says, that her memories will make his time go by. Also she is not considered about whether whole universe is upset with her; but she says, if only her loved one will be upset with her.. She will really die.

In Last Stanza.. She tells that her loved one is in her thoughts each and every moment. Every question from her heart always ask about Him only. And she is aware his loved one also thinks about her this much only.. then how could he say not to think about him…:)

है दिल में ख़वाईश की तुझसे इक मुलाक़ात तो हो,
मुलाक़ात ना हो तो फिर मिलने की कुछ बात तो करो,
मोती की तरह समेट लिया है जिन्हे दिल-ए-सागर मे,
ख़वाब सज़ा के, उन ख्वाबों को रुस्वा ना करो…

बहुत अरमान है की फिर से खिले कोई बहार यहाँ,
ये मालूम भी है की जा कर वक़्त आया है कहाँ,
हवा चलती है तो टूट जाते है ह्रे पत्ते भी तो कई,
तो सूखे फूलों से खिलने की तुम इलत्ज़ा ना करो…

ना ग़म करना तुम, ना उदास होना कभी जुदाई से,
वक़्त क्ट ही जाएगा तुम्हारा मेरी याद-ए-तन्हाई से,
ये दुनिया रूठ जाए हमसे तो भले ही रूठी रहे,
सच मर जाएँगे हम, तुम सनम रूठा ना करो…

लम्हा दर लम्हा बसे रहते हो मेरे ख़यालों मे,
ज़िक्र तुम्हारा ही होता है मेरे दिल के हर सवालों मे,
लो लग गयी ना हिचकियाँ तुम्हे अब तो कुछ समझो,
कह दो की “शिखा” मेरे बारे मे इतना सोचा ना करो…
